These Premium kits are assembled by us in the UK with our CG by Jupiter Paper-in-Oil capacitors to give a warmer woody tone, CTS “CGS” SupraPots in the volume position to retain tone and note definition as you roll down the volume to give a more natural control and CTS "CG" for the tone controls.   We then sort through our potentiometers to create matched sets to give you an even response when rolling down your volume and tone controls.

This is a prewired harness for a USA Gibson SG Junior.  For guitars with metric sized pots you may need to enlarge the holes for the higher quality US spec electronics to fit and also you may need US Spec knobs.

The value and taper of the volume controls is particularly important with Humbucker equiped guitars as they are more mid to low end focus and so when you roll down the volume the tone can get dark quickly.  Our "CGS" SupraPots are never below the nominal value and mostly in the +10% range and the custom taper means that the top end clarity is retained so there is no need for a treble bleed.
